Everyone in your organization —including you! — must put in the time and effort to carry out an organizational strategy.
The effort is worthwhile, though. Organizations that are able to effectively link departmental goals with corporate strategy will have increased operational efficiency, enhanced performance, and a higher probability of attaining corporate objectives.
