Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and execute automated web tests (E2E) using Playwright.
• Analyze and debug automated test results to identify real issues vs. false negatives.
• Develop and execute manual tests where necessary to validate configurations and test scenarios.
• Integrate and manage test suites in a Continuous Integration environment (e.g., CircleCI).
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to improve test coverage and minimize flaky tests.
• Maintain test documentation, report bugs (using Jira), and ensure proper defect tracking.
• Analyze requirements and design test plans for performance, reliability, and regression testing.
• Participate in troubleshooting issues alongside cross-functional teams.

What You Bring:

• Hands-on experience with web automation testing tools (e.g., Playwright preferred).
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript (knowledge of TypeScript is a plus).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., CircleCI) and version control systems (e.g., GitHub).
• Basic knowledge of performance testing tools is a plus.
• Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) and testing business management solutions.
• Strong analytical and communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and patient approach to problem-solving.

Main Accountabilities:

1. Financial Strategy and Planning:

7. Stakeholder Engagement:

   • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial considerations are integrated into company decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor, Master or MBA in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of financial leadership experience, preferably in the GRC or related industry.
• Proven track record of financial management and strategy development.
• Strong understanding of the financial challenges and nuances of the GRC industry.
• Exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills, professional level of both Norwegian and English language skills.
• Ability to navigate complex financial scenarios and provide strategic guidance.

• Collaborate with product management to ensure that customer feedback is effectively communicated to improve future product development.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 5+ years of experience in a technical presales role, preferably within the GRC, Cyber Security, or Enterprise Software sectors.
• Strong understanding of business processes, with the ability to translate technical features into business value for prospects.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical solutions in a clear and compelling manner.
• Proven ability to manage multiple presales projects simultaneously, often working under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in English (fluency in other European languages, especially German, Dutch or French, is a plus).
• Experience in delivering technical presentations, workshops, and proofs of concept (POC).
• Ability to travel across Europe as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain expert-level knowledge of our products and the industry, clearly communicate their value, and proficiently handle objections.
• Prepare accurate and succinct forecast reports, maintain the Corporater Sales CRM, and develop proposals, presentations, and other documentation critical for effective sales and forecasting.
• Achieve sales objectives by identifying current prospect needs and engaging in a defined selling process with potential clients, including product demonstrations, value engineering, and presentations.
• Participate in approximately 25% of your time at events, tradeshows, and other industry-related in-person activities for prospecting and lead generation. This may include speaking, attending, or chairing webinars and roundtables.
• Embrace and contribute to our culture of servant leadership by transferring knowledge and teaching skills related to your role, industry, and domain expertise.
• Travel to customer office locations in the DACH region is required to close deals and meet sales quotas.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Extensive experience (6+ years) in GRC domain and/or Cyber Security sector.
• Proven track record in sales, with significant experience from a manager to director-level role managing major key accounts within the technology or software sectors.
• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to effectively network and negotiate at all levels, including with senior executives.
• Exceptional organizational and planning skills, adept at managing priorities and workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
