Stavanger, Norway – Corporater, a global software company specializing in integrated software solutions for governance, performance, risk, and compliance (GPRC), announced today that it has acquired Betr AS from SpareBank 1 Gruppen AS. Betr is a software company specializing in RegTech and system solutions for governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) aimed at the financial sector. Betr is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Corporater AS.
