A scorecard is a report of the status or success of the organization. It consists of a collection of performance indicators (KPIs) that are arranged under different strategic objectives, which in turn are arranged under perspectives.
A scorecard is created for a specific organization. Each organization can have an infinite number of scorecards. This is useful in organizations that have several types of measuring frequencies and wish to make use of all of them. E.g. you can create one scorecard with a monthly frequency and one with a quarterly frequency.
You can move scorecards and organizations up and down in the BMP model using Ctrl+up and Ctrl+down, so that scorecards appear directly under the organization to which they belong, to make the relationships more apparent.
On Web, organizations with no scorecard display as unselectable in the navigation menu and in the page breadcrumb.
To add a scorecard right click the organization to which it belongs in the Business Management Platform model panel and choose Add -> Scorecard.
