Reports list

A Reports list object contains one or more icons that are links to reports. By clicking the link in the web page you can view the report. There are different icon(s) to represent the format(s) you have selected to include (see below).

 

A Reports list can contain normal reports, spreadsheet reports, and presentations.

 

From version 4.1.3.0 Reports View, Spreadsheet View, and Presentation View, including Spreadsheet Reference and Presentation Reference have been consolidated into Reports list. Report Reference has been changed to be able to include Spreadsheet and Presentation objects.

 

A Reports list object can be added to a scorecard, perspective, strategic objective or a KPI. Right click the object to which it belongs and choose Add -> File view -> Reports view list.
