noy
NOY (Number of years) is used to find the number of years in a given time period.

NOY(BOP,EOP)
Use
This function can be used to weight in connection with forecasting (actual year to date + budgeted for the remainder). See the example under NOM.
NOY(BOY,EOP) will give 0.00 in the months January thru June, and 1.00 in July thru December.
How to create
In the Function calculator, select a node, click the NO button, and choose NOY. Make changes to the Start and End functions if necessary. Click OK when you are finished.
