noh
NOH (number of half years) is used to find the number of half years in a given time period.
Syntax
NOH(BOP,EOP)
Use
This function can be used in connection with forecasting (actual year to date + budgeted for the remainder of the year). See the similar example under NOM.
One half year is assumed to be 183 days. This function takes leap year into account.
How to create
In the Function calculator, select a node, click the NO button, and choose NOH. Make changes to the Start and End functions if necessary. Click OK when you are finished.
Use the ROUND function if whole numbers are required.
