Forms

The Forms model (separately licensed) can be used to create forms for collecting data from selected users in your organization. You choose which users are to have access to enter data into the form.

 

There is one type of forms in the Forms model:

 

When you use Scheduled Forms you can specify how long a form should be valid and whether users should receive reminder e-mails if they have not entered their data by the deadline you have given them.

 

By using a BMP Form a Form can be made available directly on a scorecard page.

 

Data that is collected will be entered directly into the database and will be available in your scorecard immediately after users submit it.  

 

To start the Forms model click the Forms icon in the Toolbar or choose Forms in the View menu.

 

Forms are stored in Categories, so you must create at least one category before you can create a Form.

 

Creating Categories

To create a Category right click in the empty area in the Forms model panel and choose Add -> Category.
