Right-click and select Add -> List property item.
Create a list property item for each entry to include in the list property set.
If an object includes a list property item as the active selection for a list property set on Web, and you delete that item from the list property set in Configuration Studio, the item will no longer display as the active selection and as an option in the list property set for the object on Web.
You can use the List property item type in the Type management panel in the Defaults model to change the standard properties of a list property item, or to
add additional custom properties to it.
You can include the same list property item in multiple list property sets.
General
Name - the name "List property item" is generated automatically but it should be changed. This is the name that will appear the List property set.
Description - an optional text describing the List property item
Active - check if the List property item is active
If you deactivate a list property item, the item is no longer available for users to choose in the property list on Web. However, existing references to the item
are preserved.
Value - enter a numerical value to represent the item.
By default, the value exists only as a reference in the system.
If a list property item includes a value that displays in a token property on Web, and you delete the list property item in Configuration Studio, the token property receives a no value (blank) instead.
To use this value in Reporter or Extended calculations, reference the Value property in a reporter tag or an extended method.
To display this value for the list property item on Web, create a token property whose function targets the Value property, add the token property to an object type, and then set the property as visible for the object type on Web. To then filter the list property items that display on Web based on this value, create a filter list that filters the token property based on the value of the Value property.
To include the value of Value in a function, append 'value' to the list property ID. For example, 'myProgress.value'.
