WORKFLOW
When you create a Workflow Event Rule, a Logs folder is added by default. Additional Log folders can be added manually by right clicking the Event rule and selecting Add -> Logs.
It is also possible to create a Logs folder under an Action group, either instead of or in addition to the one under the Event rule.
If a Logs folder exists, a Log is automatically created in it for each Action under the Event schedule and each Follow-up rule connected to the schedule.
No other Log folders will be created automatically. If you do not need logging, the Logs folder may be deleted, and it will
not be recreated automatically. If the folder does not exist, no logging will be done.
A Log is given a name that is made up of the event rule's name and the date and time the action was performed, e.g. "KPIs with red status Feb. 2, 2012 2:04:23PM, and contains information about the status of the action. Each Log is given an icon that indicates the status, i.e. a Log with no error or warning messages will display a green icon. A Log containing errors will display a red icon.
Double click on a Log to see its content.
