A Frequency table is a template that you define and use as the basis for producing charts and Table views. Frequency tables are used e.g. to show the distribution of responses in a survey.
To create a Frequency table, go to the Template panel. It is a default panel in the Business Management Platform model and can also be found under Structure in the Windows menu.
Right click in the Template panel and choose Add -> Category, or use an existing category to store the table template. Then right click the category and choose Add -> Table -> Frequency table. Double click the Frequency table to configure, or use the Properties panel.
General
Name - the name "Frequency table" is generated automatically but it may be changed
Description - an optional text describing the table
Configuration
Categories as columns - moves the columns from the x-axis to the y-axis (see below)
Focus on - the dimension that should be presented in the table; choose "Organization" or "Node"
Minimum count - the minimum number of records a frequency column must have before it is displayed. This will prevent displaying columns where the data sample is too small. The property is only used when "Organization" is select in Focus on.
Include 'From value' - the values in From value will be included in the column if this property is checked
Include 'To value' - the values in To value will be included in the columns if this property is checked. This is checked by default
From modifier - enter an Adjusting function, e.g. -1q or -2m, to indicate the first period to include
To modifier - enter an Adjusting function, e.g. +1q or +2m, to indicate the last period to include
From modifier and To modifier modify the date context so that it is possible for
the Frequency table to use a different time period than the current one.
Show Object ID - check the box if you want to display the IDs of the objects in the table
Audit
Modified by - the name of the last user to make changes to the object.
Last modified - the date and time when the object was last changed.
Created by - the name of the user who created the object.

Frequency column - Columns are used to represent the groupings in the table, e.g. 0-49, 50-99, etc. Right click in the Frequency column panel and choose Frequency Column to add a column. You must give each column a name and an interval (range) to specify the values that are to be included in the column.
Name - The name "New column" is generated automatically but it may be changed
From value - the lower value for the column. To include this value in the range mark Include 'From value' in the Properties tab.
To value - the upper value for the column. To include this value in the range mark Include 'To value' in the Properties tab.
A value can only be assigned to one column. It should never count twice. E.g. if To value for the first column is "10",
and From value for the next column is "10", 10 will only be included in the first column and will not be available in the second, even if Include 'From value' is marked.
