Previewing a form

To see how a form displays on Web and how its questions function while you create it, you can use the References panel or the form's preview function.

To preview a form, right-click its name in the Forms model panel and choose Preview.

After Corporater BMP displays the form, you can enter test values for each question to verify that the question works as expected.

By default, Corporater BMP displays:

The current period and the first organization in the form's configuration in the information bar at the top of the form.
A warning icon next to each missing item, such as missing question or distribution list.

You can hover the icon to view details about the warning.

Note that, when in this mode, Corporater BMP doesn't:

Save the values that you enter against the database.
Display the Save Temporarily button.
Provide exact context, since it doesn't use the form's Distribution list.
