Data imports lists the jobs that have imported data into the database, e.g. Transformer jobs, Manual data entry, or a form distributed via Forms. By clicking each entry in the list you can see information about it.
Data imports can be found in the View menu, under Structure in the Window menu (Node data imports) and in the Toolbar.
To see the content of a specific a data import in the Data import view, highlight the data import of interest in the Import panel, choose the desired Time period in the Data records panel using Start and End, and click the Refresh button () or check the Auto refresh box. The Data records panel will now contain the data that was imported with that ID.
The Imports table can be sorted by any column by clicking on that column's heading.
If the import contains a large number of rows, you can limit the number of records displayed by entering a number in the Row
limit field.
Click the Clear filter icon
to the left
of Filter: to empty the search filter before doing a new search.
You can manually add a new, empty Node data import by right clicking and selecting Add -> Node data import. This makes it possible to connect BMP data record targets in Transformer jobs to specific (new) imports.
Double click on a Data import in the Imports panel to see the following information:
