The position reports directly to the CFO.

Key Responsibilities:

– Run and maintain purchase to pay process (supplier invoices, payments, GST reporting support)
– Banking account operations
– Customer invoicing and revenue accounting
– Day to day communication with accounting team
– Following up on expenses and timesheets
– Interactions and support with HR in payroll processing
– Support organization and finance team with analytics
– Manage and support secreterial matters with company secretary
– Administrator and support resourcefor cloud-based ERP system Xledger
– Identify and participate in improvement initiatives for finance related processes

Qualifications:

– University degree in Finance or Accounting
– 3+ years background from similar controller or accounting position
– Strong understanding of accounting
– Proficient IT skills (ERP, Microsoft Office)
– Fluent in English

Key Responsibilities:

– Independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end

Qualifications:

– 2-6 years proven experience of similar role
– Degree in Information Technologies, Computer science
– Should have hands-on Implementation experience
– Good at RDBMS concepts
– Good at Disaster Recovery (DR) options for SQL Server
– Experience with backups, restores and recovery models
– Experience working with Windows server, including Active Directory
