Mark has been consulting with organizations on improving performance since 1979. He has a wide range of clients, including a number of Fortune 100 corporations, military, government, health care, and universities. The U.S. Navy has been a client for over 20 years, and he has done extensive work on strategic planning and scorecards for many R & D organizations.
Mark is the author of the first and best selling books on understanding the Baldrige Award and five books on balanced scorecards/performance management.
