Ed is an authority on business performance and a highly sought after strategy advisor. He is Managing Partner of CPP where he maintains a portfolio of clients ranging from companies who have recently gone public to those with revenue in excess of $50 billion.
Previously, he held advisory positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Deloitte, GE Capital and The Palladium Group. During his decade of work at Palladium, four of his clients were inducted into the Balanced Scorecard Hall of Fame for Strategy Execution and he was the leader of the executive education division. Prior to starting his business career he served in the U.S. Marine Corps; he retired as a Lieutenant Colonel after 20 years of service.
Ed is an accomplished researcher and educator. In addition to receiving his DBA in Business Performance from Cranfield School of Management’s Centre for Business Performance, he is on the faculty of Babson College and Duke Corporate Education.
