Corporater Balanced Scorecard is the centerpiece of the Performance Management Suite. It is a 100% web-based application. There are no applets or plug-ins to download, making it friendly to even the strictest IT policy. Using this module, end users begin by logging on to their assigned scorecard. We offer powerful and flexible administrative rights to control the level of access and functionality of each individual user. If authorized, users can navigate to other scorecards within the organization, drill down through aggregated data, access reports, view OLAP cubes, review strategic initiatives, and receive alerts of pending forms, and so on.
Since our Balanced Scorecard software is web-based, its only requirement is a standard browser. End-users require very little, if any training to use this familiar interface. This primary module is used to integrate and visualize the other modules for the end users. For example, it is used to distribute Reports, Action Plans, Forms, and strategy maps created using the Model Designer. Survey results, OLAP data, and all automated data handled by Transformer are also visualized through this module.

Corporater Workbench is the back end administrative tool designed for business users. It is the access point for constructing and modifying all scorecard elements, such as perspectives, goals, objectives, KPIs. Our visual KPI calculator serves as a powerful, but easy to use tool for building complex formulas without requiring technical or programming knowledge. Built-in aggregation allows easy tracking of performance across organizational units and time. |

Corporater offers a very flexible user administration tool that allows precise control over user access rights to scorecard elements and functionality.
