The primary focus is to execute Corporater’s sales strategy in the North American market, actively working towards a strong opportunity pipeline and resultant sales for the organization. The ideal candidate is expected to have a proven enterprise software sales track record, a well-established network and a strong drive to succeed.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for reaching annual targets and delivering expected results, including proposal writing and contracts management
Responsible for identifying and understanding a client organization’s strategic direction and business framework and determining best sales approach
Responsible for managing the entire sales process to a successful close and achieving a high degree of customer satisfaction
Responsible for market intelligence gathering and competitor awareness
Responsible for contributing to lead generation activities, including cold-calling, networking, trade shows, and other activities
Responsible for ensuring that leads and pipeline opportunities, and all related activities, are well documented in the CRM system
Responsible for building strong customer relations, optimizing add-on sale opportunities
Responsible for arranging and conducting meetings and hosting events for leads, prospects, clients and partners

Qualifications:

Preferably a degree in Business Management (MBA) or IT and 10+ years of relevant experience
Domain knowledge in Performance Management and vertical market insights
Strong understanding of customers, market dynamics and requirements
Ability to see and advocate best solutions
Proven track record of enterprise software sales
Ability to create and communicate value and value propositions
Excellent client relationship, sales, and negotiations skills
Excellent organizational skills
Fluent in English, oral and written, with excellent communication skills

Your primary focus will be implementing our cutting edge, best in class – Performance Management Solution. In this position, you will participate in and manage software implementation projects and engagements with our clients. You will also supervise and mentor our consulting team.

Responsibilities:

Project management of medium and major projects
Supervise and mentor all intermediate and junior level staff assigned as members of your consulting team
Oversee minor projects being led by intermediate level staff under your supervision
Advise our customers in best practices in performance management
Provide business analysis, business area assessment, user needs analysis and systems design for major projects
Convert customer’s requirements and needs into our best of breed solution
Configuration of client specific software solutions
Develop costing proposals for projects and perform risk analysis

Qualifications:

Preferably bachelor or master degree within IT science or Business Management
A proven senior level knowledge of, and proven hands on experience in application design and implementation of medium to large software projects
Experience in supervision of project teams consisting of five personnel or more
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
Ability to create and communicate value
Excellent client relationship skills
Fluent in a Scandinavian language and English, oral and written
